Hi All,I hope I am posting this in the right place. :-)I joined the programme at the weekend and got my personalised diet programme last night, I am very excited but also very scarde!Basically I am no fitness Queen and have excess weight, I am 5"7 for 178lb but I want to get healthy and fit and get rid of the fat.I am very worried I will fail and find going to the gym to do weights daunting. So I was wondering if there were someone out there that is not far from me and would like to work with me on this? (I hope I am [hrasing this right!) Like an exercise buddy I guess :-)I live in the UK, in Luton. Thanks!

Hey just joined last night, and really want to get a ripped stomach i can feel my abs but just cant see them i weight train and do a lot of cardio. I have just started taking this pro max diet twice a day once in the morning and once for breakfast followed by a healthy meal consisting of white meat potatoes and vegetables. But i still cant see any improovments in my abs and its starting to frustrate me.

any help would be much appreciated.

hi alwaysasmile, I'm from essex, ok not very near to Luton but again if you would like some advice I can help, Iv genuinely done the 12 weeks to a six pack, started from being a tubby over weight guy and gained a six pack in 12 weeks, not saying you should try and do this in 12 weeks, just take your time and shed the fat, I can however awnswer any questions you may have and give you very motivational inspiration, it worked for my sister and she gained an excellent six pack and after having a child, I have helped train people personally - girls & guys but they were local, its getting at that starting point which is really hard, but after a couple of weeks the fat starts shedding off and I can normaly keep people from going back to the dreaded beginning.

Cheers G
